WMI Explorer

The WMI Explorer (Windows Management Instrumentation Explorer) is a diagnostic and inventory tool in the Absolute console that allows administrators to run custom WMI queries directly on a connected Windows endpoint. This is useful for retrieving advanced system information that is not part of the standard inventory scan.

This option is only available for Windows operating systems.

Users can input any valid WMI query (e.g., SELECT * FROM Win32_QuickFixEngineering) to retrieve specific endpoint data.

Queries are run live against the selected endpoint, meaning the device must be online and connected to return results.

Results can be exported to CSV for documentation, analysis, or reporting.
