Deploy Office 365
This task allows you to remotely deploy Microsoft Office 365 to selected devices using preconfigured deployment settings. The installation is performed dynamically from Microsoft's cloud-hosted servers, so no local media upload is required.
| Important Information You do not need to upload the media for Office 365, as the deployment will be performed dynamically from Microsoft Office 365 cloud-hosted servers. | 
| Prerequisites Already configured Office 365 (check the Configure Office 365 page) and an online device. | 
Guided walk-through: How to Deploy Office 365
| ❶ | Create: From the main menu go to Tasks > Click '+Create' > Choose 'Office 365' or Select 'Office 365' directly from the list of tasks in the left pane. | 
| ❷ | Where: Select which devices to deploy the software to using either Predefined Device Queries, User Defined Device Queries, Device Groups, Specific Devices & Active Directories, or All Devices > Click 'Next' | 
| ❸ | What: Select the Office 365 Configuration you wish to deploy > Click 'Next'. | 
| ❹ | When: Select when you would like your application to be deployed > Click 'Next'. You may configure Maintenance Windows during which a deployment will be completed, a repeat interval such as 'repeat every Monday' for unsuccessful devices, and the Protect option to ensure the task does not run during important business hours. | 
| ❺ | Summary: Review the settings of the task and if configured correctly, click 'Finish' to save the task. |
